GENERAL
We are a clothing rental platform that provides a variety of choices including evening gowns, women workwear and winter clothes.
How does the name Fashion Library originate?
Fashion + Library. Libraries are a source of information and knowledge; we are inspired and want to provide a location that have an abundance of aesthetically pleasing garments on display that customers can rent and put to good use.
Fashion Library supports sustainable fashion and strives to minimize the overconsumption within the clothing industry. We create the unlimited closet for women with countless options available. Customers can save wardrobe space with minimal cost and effort.
BASIC: Subscribe, pay RM599/per month and you will be eligible to rent 16 garments (workwear & casual) in total with free shipping and returns. The basic package allows 4 shipment (per week), but only 4 garments are allowed every shipment. Payment will be through MOLPay, an automated payment method; the basic package fees will be a recurring payment.
PREMIUM: Subscribe, pay RM599/per week and you will be eligible to rent 1 winter jacket and 4 inner garments (sweaters & winter dresses) in total with free shipping and returns. The premium package allows rental for 7 days (a week).
DELUXE: Subscribe, pay RM599/per week and you will be eligible to rent 1 garment (evening gown) in total with free shipping and returns. The deluxe package allows rental for 7 days (a week).

GARMENT RENTAL AND SIZING
Our garments are from sourced worldwide, prioritizing the best quality for our customers.
I need to change the garments I rented last minute, am I allowed to do that?
It is allowed if garment(s) are not shipped (stated in account); it is not allowed if garment(s) are shipped.
Do you reserve any of the garments?
If garment(s) are added to shopping cart, they will be locked (reserved) for 24 hours. If garment(s) are not check outed after 24 hours, the reservation will be canceled.

Can you alter the garments for me?
Alterations are only allowed for selected style.
Are the garments delivered ready to wear?
Yes, the garment(s) will be steamed, pressed and folded neatly before delivering.
How do I pick the right fit and size?
Size charts that include measurements will be provided for every garment.
Where can I try on the garments?
Fashion Library have an offline showroom at Dataran Cascades, Kota Damansara.
What if the garments I rented does not fit?
Customers can return the garment(s) personally and exchange them with other garment(s) without extra charge.
Do I need to clean the garments before returning it?
No, we will provide dry cleaning after receiving returns to ensure the cleanliness of our garment(s).
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
How do you ship my orders and how much will it cost?
Orders will be packaged in Fashion Library garment bags and shipped with the Aramex shipping service. Shipping charges are included in the weekly/monthly package, however, we only ship to the Klang Valley (as of April 2019).
How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make my payment?
Arrival highly depends on the location, normal deliveries take up to 3-5 working days.
How can I track my orders and payment?
Payment can be seen in your account (processing or complete); while a tracking number will be provided after you successfully check out.
After garments are worn, please place them in the garment bag it was delivered in and schedule return online. Next, drop it at the specified location you provided when your order was first placed and Armex shipping service will collect returns.
Can I specify the timing of receiving/returning the garments?
Due dates of each garment will be specified when you subscribe. They are scheduled to be return in a week, but extending the due date by another week is allowed.
Will there be a reminder for returning my garments?
Temporarily no (as of April 2019), there will be no reminder for due dates.
Do you have weekend deliveries?
No, Fashion Library do not deliver during weekend and public holiday.
PAYMENT AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES
What forms of payment do you accept?
Fashion Library uses MOLPay that offers debit and credit card payment.
What if I return my garments late?
Late garments’ due date would be extended to the following week and will be considered one shipment.
I would like to extend my rental to the next month. How much will that cost?
That will be considered rental package for the next month.
What happens to the garments that are damaged?
If Fashion Library considers the garment(s) to be beyond economical repair and/or cleaning, we will charge you full replacement value or you will have to purchase the products.
You will be charged retail price for the garment(s).
I would like to keep the garment(s). What may I do?
